Analysis of information systems strategic planning using ward and peppard framework case e-commerce company

<span>The e-commerce industry which is developing significantly always required to be able adapt well technological developments where information systems/information technologies (IS/IT) strategic planning must further developed support the company's business processes. In this research, authors focus on analyzing how systems currently underway at an company. The author uses ward and peppard framework analyze environment IS/IT internally externally. Many methods have been within such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities threats (SWOT) analysis exposure internal external conditions, McFarlan grid assessing overall contribution of IS/IT, its impact success, from both a strategic, operational perspective, value chain optimizing technology, applications, political, economic, social, (PEST) considerations legal, developments, critical success factor (CSF) product quality priorities, customer service, prices, company resources, technology used. results these are study, namely portfolio application recommendations for next four years can used reference companies develop their systems.</span>
